Recognising a decline in profits linked to these customers spending less time in-store, the redesign focuses on creating an inviting, efficient shopping environment that encourages longer visits. I have created fresh store layout aimed at prioritising smooth customer flow, guiding shoppers through a path that maximises product exposure while maintaining a comfortable, open, and structured space. Products are showcased on shelves and tables for easy access, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Complementing the layout, the wayfinding sign I have designed aims to have a bright aesthetic in blue and pink, capturing attention from a distance and clearly indicating store sections. This sign aims to enhance navigation with intuitive, minimalistic design, making it easy for young customers to explore the store, thereby elevating their overall shopping experience.
