Two entrepreneurial sisters have embarked on a new business venture in Melbourne's CBD, setting up a boutique flower shop in a recently acquired building. They sought a unique visual identity for their store, requiring a logo and a distinctive vase design for future product offerings. I decided to take up this challenge and develop this work in the visual communications units. To kickstart the creative process, I delved into extensive research on various flowers, drawing inspiration from their diverse colours, shapes, and forms. I devised a vase design featuring an organic spiral form. The vase's surface showcased a delicate textured pattern, adding depth. The logo was crafted to highlight the world of flowers. It incorporated organic shapes, flowing typography, and vibrant colours. The resulting logo and vase designs effectively met the client's requirements and formed a cohesive and distinctive brand identity for their boutique flower shop in Melbourne's CBD.
